International Sales

Buyers will be held responsible for any custom taxes applicable to their purchase.

Regrettably, we cannot ship to the EU at the moment due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requirements which come into effect on 13th December 2024. Once a resolution is found, items will become available for purchase.

Conditions of Return

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

  2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, making sure not to damage the art work.

  3. Take your item to a trusted delivery company. Please note, the buyer is responsible for the return fee.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of any damages incurred during the transaction.
